In the event that you can’t make your scheduled appointment, you MUST cancel within 12 hours of appointment. Your deposit is NON-Refundable but I will allow for a one-time transfer to a canceled/rescheduled appointment. You must call/text to rebook that canceled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, only the services that I can perform in the allotted time, will be rendered. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule and pay another deposit, even if same day. If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW, you will forfeit your deposit, and there will be a 100% fee charged.
